Data on your volunteer program is critical in order to make changes to your program and to reinforce the benefits of the program to the organization. Dr. Lenay Dunn will be discussing the best ways to collect that data and how to use it to support your volunteer program!
Speaker: Dr. Lenay Dunn
Dr. Lenay Dunn is an experienced educational leader, researcher, and evaluator with over 20 years of experience in the nonprofit and government sectors. She serves as a Project Director and Senior Researcher at WestEd, a national non-profit education research and service agency, where she helps education stakeholders use data and evidence to inform decisions and improve outcomes. She also teaches the Analyzing for Program Impact course and the Social Impact Measurement Certificate for Arizona State University’s Lodestar Center for Philanthropy and Nonprofit Innovation. She is passionate about using data and evidence for programmatic improvement
